We accept returns on new and used records and merch.

Changed your mind? Email team@oc80.net within 30 days of delivery to tell us you’d like to return an item. Include your order number so we can find your purchase. We’ll send you the return instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. There are no restocking fees.

Please pack your return securely and send it back in the condition you received it, with any sleeves, inserts and accessories. You’re welcome to inspect your order as you would in a shop and try clothing on for size. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.

We’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you’ve sent it back, whichever happens first. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.

If you return your whole order, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge. Express delivery upgrades are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is not as described or we’ve sent the wrong thing, email us. We’ll put it right and cover reasonable return postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
